Krycek stood beside the desk, fighting the uncommon urge to fidget. He wasn't used to worrying whether or not he'd make a good first impression. Not even on a date.

"Agent Mulder?"

Dammit! Should have worn the other suit. Should have got a haircut. Should have stopped off in the bathroom and gotten rid of this hard-on before coming here and...

"Yeah."

Oh, God, no going back now. Relax, take a deep breath. Whatever you do, don't panic. He's just another assignment, just another Federal Agent trying to do his job.

"It's your 302. Assistant Director Skinner just approved it."
