And again!
Dec. 30th, 2004 09:55 pmI just tweaked my layout again - put the original colour header in place of the greyscale one and highlighted with yellow. Comments, please? Does it look hideous, because I'm just useless at this stuff. How dare
literati leave me to my own devices for two days over New Year! Doesn't she know how dangerous that is?
(And yes, sweetie, I did keep a copy of your original code, just in case. *g*)

on 2004-12-30 10:45 pm (UTC)The code is nothing to do with me, apart from the yellow. That's entirely my fault. *g*

on 2004-12-30 10:47 pm (UTC)I didn't tweak any of the pics for the header, just used them as is, and was very surprised that they worked so well together. Even though.. yellow. o.o

on 2004-12-30 11:57 pm (UTC)When a new layout was discussed, I threw out 'greyscale' and 'purple', but didn't get hit by inspiration. Weeks passed and then Literati tells me she's offline over New Year so I should MAKE THE DAMN HEADER!
I swear, what came out is completely untweaked. I didn't do anything to adjust colour balances at all. We tried for hours last night to bring the skin tones down into the layout but it just wouldn't work. In the end we went to greyscale for the layout and header, with purple highlights. But I like this better... for now.
Blue would have been good, but it just didn't happen. ;o)

And Literati has just texted me, at international rates, to point out that it's
I spoiled her rotten last week, writing a drabble in each of her pairings, my first non-Spander scribblings, as a thank you for

Really sweetie I do.. I think we were both just too wired.. and I had Sammy here poking me to get off the net and we tried to add too much of the header into the layout.. less is more ;)
