It took Spike five hours to track down a bottle of the good stuff, the real deal, not some cheap American knockoff. No chemical dyes or additives for him and his boy, no way! This first experience should be pure.
He finally got home to find Xander still asleep.
"Wake up, you lazy git!"
A swat to the back of Xander's head made sure he did.
"It's time to introduce you to the green fairy."
Xander blinked, befuddled, and retracted the fangs and ridges that the blow had called forth. He frowned.
"But… I already know Lorne."
"Absinthe, you twit!"
