At the Movie Theater

They eventually decided on the latest Star Wars: Next Generation movie. Going on past efforts in the franchise it would provide Rodney with ranting material for at least a month.

Loaded up with huge tubs of buttered popcorn and buckets of soda, their pockets stuffed with candy, they shooed Jeannie's kids towards the front of the theater then seated themselves in the back row with a bird's-eye view of the whole room.

Once they were settled, John took a deep breath and draped his left arm over Rodney's broad shoulders. Rodney didn't even blink before leaning in to the embrace.
