Upsetting news from Kyrieane

kyrieane has had to temporarily delete her journal due to somebody (name withheld)) on her flist giving her flocked posts to Dusty, her estranged husband. She hopes to be back within the month. Please pass the news on to anyone who freaks when they see she's been emboldened. ;)

She's okay, considering the circumstances, which means kinda shook up and unhappy, but is still here in spirit.

yeah, I'm sitting here full of righteous fury and unable to do anything about/with it. She knows she's loved and will be missed, I made that very very clear, and with any luck she'll be back soon anyway, but if she isn't, she'll be out there lurking in the corners and keeping an eye on us. *g*

Ack! I don't even know her, but I remember going into f-lockdown last year when a RL ex+stalker came online to hassle me+friends and if I had f-listers that were feeding him stuff, I would've totally been hurt and pissed off beyond recognition. That's SO uncalled for! I can't understand that AT ALL, honestly, and I'll keep her in my thoughts during these trying times.

Oh, hell no. I don't know who that name belongs to, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't deserve to be withheld. That's the sort of thing that had ought to get someone completely ostracized by, oh, everyone ever. Not that I know either of them personally. But. Seriously. There are some sins that are unforgiveable.

Why is (name withheld)'s identity being protected? I think he/she should be named and exposed as one who does not respect the flock and cannot be trusted. How many of us have this person on our flists as well? If this person is on my flist, I want to know so that I can unfriend him/her ASAP. I think a little virtual shunning is in order.

I don't know kyrieane, but I saw the situation mentioned on Yin's journal and just wanted to come by and express sympathy. I read it and was frozen in place for a moment with shock... that is a horrible thing to do, and I can only imagine how betrayed she must feel.

Delurking here to agree with all who are saying that the person who betrayed Kyriane should not have their identity protected. That was a heinous thing to do, the woman doesn't need that, nobody dealing with life's shit need a third party coming in and stirring the shit just to amuse themself. Kyri and I don't even share a fandom anymore, but she was one of my very first friends here. (((sends hugs and love)))

Hi. I don't really know kyrieane, but I also heard about this from a mutual friend. I wanted to come by and offer my support. I agree with wesleysgirl and others, and I would be happy to help shun the person who did it if the name comes to light. Because what that person did is just *wrong*. I can't think of any situation that could even remotely justify what (name witheld) did.
