The best way I've seen it described is a 'spiral'. You make a list of the final word of each line of your first verse and then start at the bottom and draw a spiral to get the order of the next verse. Or, you could do what I did, and use Sestina end word pattern generator (http://dilute.net/sestinas/). :D
